Between school holidays, client bookings, last-minute itinerary changes, and everything in between, the past few months have been a whirlwind. But in the best way possible.
As a travel agent, no two days are ever the same… and that’s exactly why I love what I do.

And of course — a few curveballs along the way (because travel always keeps us on our toes 😅).

One thing the past few weeks have reminded me of — travel doesn’t always go exactly as planned.
With recent airspace closures and unexpected disruptions, many travelers found themselves facing delays, reroutes, and a lot of uncertainty.
And this is where having a travel agent really matters.
While it can be stressful on the traveler’s side, behind the scenes it’s been all hands-on deck — reworking itineraries, finding alternative routes, liaising with airlines, and making sure my clients are supported every step of the way.
It’s not just about booking the trip… it’s about being there when things don’t go according to plan.
Moments like these are exactly why I do what I do — turning stressful situations into manageable ones, and making sure my clients are never alone in the process.
